The sound of Music

Our society handles behavior very logically and reasonably. The system is flawed a little bit by some of the people who are chosen to carry out these "behavioral problems". Some carry it out and bend the rules or break the law themselves when doing so. I think that it could be a bit better if people could actually consider bending the rules of minor stipulations.
